Biography To San francisco 1886. MusD Oxford University. Founding member of the AGO. Served at St. Dominic’s Church, San Diego, Calif., 1903—15, St. Joseph’s Cathedral, San Diego, Calif. Served two terms as Mayor of Coronado, Calif. Third winner of Clemson Medal, 1899.
