Born: 1848
Died: 1930
Biography Clergyman, per LC. This individual was apparently Episcopal Bishop of Ohio 1889-1930, and may not be our W. A. Leonard. who had a relative named Thomas F. Leonard who took out a copyright on Leonard's third Mass in 1916.
