Born: June 19, 1893, Querétaro, Mexico
Died: March 13, 1971, Mexico City
Biography Studied organ, piano, chant and composition at the Escuela de Musica Sagrada of Querétaro with Agustín González. In 1906, Chapelmaster at Iglesia de la Merced, Querétaro. 1916-19, study with Lucius Lescale In New Orleans, playing in local churches and movie houses. In 1921, titular organist at the Basilica de Guadalupe, Mexico City (emeritus from 1961 until death). In 1939 he gave 80 recitals for radio broadcast
