Life
Born: June 17, 1866, Wiesbaden, Germany
Died: July 12, 1935, Limburg an der Lahn, Germany
Biography German pianist and composer. Taught music by his father and by G Jokobathal in Strasbourg; received law degree at Heidelburg. Taught at the College of Music, Cincinnati, from 1890 to 1906 and organist at various local churches, including St. Peter's Cathedral; in 1907 to New York, professor at Granberry Piano School and organist at St. Ignatius. A Mass of his was sung at the 3rd convention (1917) of the Society of St. Gregory.
