'''Biography'''
He was born to Adrian Dobbelsteen and Johanna Kilsdonk, and given the name Lambert Nicolaas Vindicianus Dobbelsteen. In 1895 he was invested in the Order of Norbertines. In 1902 he became a priest in the Abbey of Berne.  In 1912 he emigrated to the United States and lived for some time in Saint Martinsville. He taught at St. Norbert College.
